Rent My Bike Goa Reviews 

Don't trust this venture, they are having worst service..don't send them advance payment. They are not customer friendly their representative are also not behaving properly.

I have travelled to Goa and rented motorcycles many times. On my latest trip (Dec 1-12, 2023) I booked a motorcycle with Rent My Bike. Initial communication was good, up to the point where I was required to pay a 30% advance down-payment to secure the motorcycle. The confirmation "receipt" I received was not accessible to me (I could not open it).
When I sought to communicate with the company about this and other issues, I received no response (to phone or Whatsapp calls or email) over several days prior to my arrival in Goa. Phone calls were either never replied to or the provided "customer service" numbers did not actually exist.
I was ultimately forced to rent a motorcycle from another supplier.
In the end, I only received a reply from Rent My Bike when I threatened to report them to the police. They refused to reimburse the down-payment claiming that the rental conditions were laid out in the booking confirmation/receipt (which was not actually available to me). I have now duly reported the company to the police in Goa.
I strongly recommend that other travellers find alternative, reputable companies to rent vehicles from. As can be seen from other reviews on this site, my experience with Rent My Bike is commonplace.

Alert. This is fake. Dont fall in this trap. There is no such rental in GOA.

They are fraud. I had booked a car for 5 days from them and made the online payment in advance including the rental fee and security deposit. After the completion of the trip, its been over a month and despite of repeated reminders haven't got my security deposit refund.

Paid a hefty advance and these folks have been unreachable since. Avoid.

I found their service to be good compared to other vendors in Goa.. As i often travel to goa i have tried several vendors but i found rent my bike to be good and economical too

Rented a bike in Panjim (goa) from rentmybike & my experience was amazing. they have a good collection of sports bikes as well. when I will travel to India again, definitely gonna rent bike from rentmybike

They take advance and then no response.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE.

fake. I paid 700 Rs advance.
After that no response.
People be aware of these frauds

Once u pay the advance they will not recieve ur call. Dont waste ur money.

Once the payment is done, these guys are nowhere to be found.

I know the airport tariff is high . But please don’t fall for these guys. Try other sites or may be public transport but not them.

They will ask for a booking amount. Once you pay that, you can’t reach them

good service at reasonable price. we took bikes during our vacation. everything was good, there was no problem.

I hired a bike through them and it was easy and quick. The moment I landed at Goa airport they were ready with the keys and I didn't have to waste time. Excellent service!
