They were really fast and very respectful. It was the first time I had seen such respect.

Gary got our contract sorted really quick we got to get keys and things into storage the same day very impressive and the container is in excellent condition

I rented a 8x8 container, it was spotless and was undercover which was a great , the friendly and helpful staff helped me with all my needs to chose the container for my item, the area in very secure and has great access, can’t fault this place, if you need secure container storage then I certainly recommend here

With having to make very quick changes to my housing situation causing me to place my stuff in storage until I can decide what to do next, the service offered by Rent Container was brilliant. Ultimately, their professionalism - they're, knowledgeable, courteous, their pricing is transparent, there's no upselling, and I know my valuables are safe.

When my boss asked me to find some storage for medical equipment, I didn't even shop around. Having had a container for maybe four years now, with absolutely nothing but perfect service, why would I look elsewhere?

As you can imagine, the equipment is of zero value to anyone else, but as it's a replacement for broken parts, it's invaluable to me and my hospitals, so I wanted the best solution. I know I'm going to require the solution for some time, so it made sense to go with what I knew worked.

I have 2 units in Leicestershire and they're not lined, so suffer horrendously with condensation. I don't suffer this problem with RentContainer.

I've long since learnt - Not all containers are the same. I simply wouldn't go elsewhere now.

We’ve had a great experience with Rent Container. We needed a storage container and everything was super easy from the start. Gary organised everything for us, and he was really friendly, professional, and just easy to deal with, which made the whole thing feel simple and stress-free.

One thing we really appreciated was Gary made clear to us that if we ever have a problem or a question, we can just call and talk to an actual person who will help us. I also noticed within the container, there are direct contact details for Gary and another staff member for quick and easy finding if needed.

The container is clean and secure, and the site itself feels really safe, but still easy to get in and out of when you need to. The opening hours from 6am to 11pm were a big bonus for us too - really handy when juggling a busy schedule.

We found it to be excellent value for money, especially considering the security of the site, the service, and how flexible and helpful they are. We also love that they’re a local, family-run business, and found the welcome freebies to be a lovely and personal little touch. We would definitely recommend this business!

This is the 2nd container I’ve rented, both times Gary has supplied a clean secure container at short notice and the service has been impeccable .
I’ve previously rented elsewhere but the service and standard of the containers at rent container is night and day above its competitors .

Used the Wetmore site during a house move, super site, clean, secure and accessible, would recommend to anyone needing storage.

I made an enquiry early on in the year and received great customer service from Allie, who was excellent then. Yesterday, I drop her a text and asked for assistance as I was ready to occupy some space and Allie contacted me straight away. I simply couldn’t have asked for a better response.

She explained all the requirements over the phone and clearly explained the sizes and holding capacity of each storage unit available. I was able to arrive on site and assisted by the Gary remotely to view the storage unit available. At which point I agreed the space on the spot and was totally confident in the fact that the location was very secure and correctly managed.

I then met up with Gary who was so accommodating and really pleasant. He made me feel at ease straight away, he was very compassionate about my circumstances and patient with me whilst I gathered all my relevant documentation to get the ball rolling and also during my moving in process.

The location is extremely well kept, secure and clean. I have no doubts that I have not only chosen a good premises to store my items in, but I’m dealing with people are professional, extreme good at what they do and prepared to go above and beyond to support their tenants within reason.

Got to say 5⭐️service we were moving property and didn’t want to have the upheaval of moving everything in one day so we used rent container & stored our items and moved them when needed great to be able to come and go as you please very secure and dry containers staff were always happy to help & only a phone call away Thank you rent container for an easy transaction .
