Slow shipping and not as promised. Advertised as 2-3 business days, but ended up being 7-9. When customer service was contacted, I was told there was a problem with my order, however, I was never notified. When I finally received my order, the right shoe was defective and had to be returned. Reordered and hoping for better service this time.
