If I could leave less than one star I would! They are the worst letting agents, I would not recommend anyone to go with them. They are ran by a dad and a daughter and they are incompetent, no communication and talk to you like you’re a child. Has no respect for women and has constant arguments with you over email. Employees awful contractors who turn up to your house drunk and then do not care when you complain about them.
I recently had a disappointing experience with this real estate agency. When I signed the lease, I was assured that the room I rented would have a low noise level. However, the reality is quite different; the walls are incredibly thin, making it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet.
To make matters worse, I've been informed that I’m expected to cover repair costs "burned kitchen top" that have absolutely nothing to do with me.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable rental experience. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
