I understand this is a small 2 person business but it needs better communication. You cannot just take peoples money and stop all communication. You need to give people updates on their orders. At least tell them when they can expect packing, delivery etc. I am perfectly happy to wait for my order as I understand they are made to order but you need to communicate this to your buyers. No wonder you have such bad reviews. Its been over a month since I have heard anything from them. I am not sure if they will reply or not or if I will ever get my items.

I am a Fashion Design graduate, and during my second year of studies, I had the opportunity to take my internship at Rendal. I can honestly say it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The two women who lead the studio were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel truly included from day one.

I learned so much from them, insights and skills that have helped me through my studies. Every time I walked into the studio, I was greeted with warm smiles, and it quickly became the highlight of my week.

Rendal’s dedication to craftsmanship and sustainability is truly inspiring. Every item is handmade with care, and their attention to detail is remarkable from pattern cutting and garment construction to ironing, packing, and even writing handwritten thank-you cards. Everything they do is infused with love and intention.

Seller is extremely disingenuous. I ordered from this seller a few times and she refused to refund me when my items failed to arrive, very unorganised and dishonest. I wrote a review exactly the same as this one and she pretended it had illegal content in it so it would be removed. This seller continues to scam people.

I ordered from this company in March. It is now June 12th and I still have yet to receive any updates or my item in total. When I emailed their support system they were very rude and told me to wait an x amount of weeks for shipping. Very disappointed. Do not shop here!

I was willing to pay extra for priority postage but I wasn’t sure if my order would be here in time even if I used that so I messaged asking if it would be possible to get it to me in nine days. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and they told me that my request was absolutely fine and I just had to write the date I needed my dress by in the notes box when checking out, so I did. It’s getting closer towards the date I had requested for my dress to be here by and I have heard nothing about it being dispatched or made yet so I emailed asking for an update. I got no update and not only did my dress not arrive in time but it took the same amount of time to come than it would if I had payed the normal delivery price and not the £18 one. I emailed the company again to tell them what hat happened and asked for a refund for my delivery since it did not get here on the date that I had spent £18 extra to get it here for. They said that they couldn’t find any messages between myself and the company so I provided them with screenshots of the messages they had sent assuring me that my dress would be here on time if I payed extra. They still refused to give me a refund. The dress is beautiful and well made but is a tiny bit see-through.

Literally incredible service. Ordered with them late and didn’t allow enough days as advised in the FAQ, having messaged and they said they could get my item to me when I needed it. Replied to all my messages politely even though I was constantly messaging for reassurance and taking up their time. Top came on day it was supposed to and is cute as can be. Thank you rendal! Will be buying again xx
