Had an amazing call chat with a Mr Sim very knowledgeable answered all my questions and met my high expectations. I’ve advised him that I’ll be coming back to him in the coming months once I’ve decided on a few other things with my partner, Thank you.

To be honest, it was irritating to receive so many chase up calls from the various firms, when all I wanted was a rough indication of costs. 2 firms are still calling me 2-3 times a day so I have blocked their numbers.

There is nothing wrong with using the company to get Removal companies to contact you it works quite well. However the prices were astronomical better to get some mates and hire a van.

It was good to get a selection of local movers

The removals company (AnyVan) I was put in touch with brought a wrong item from the old address and forgot a correct item that was on the list.
One of the removal men did not speak English so communicating was very difficult.
As well as this, on the phone when getting the quote, there was no discussion about whether the goods were upstairs or downstairs. So you can well imagine the shock when there was an extra fee involved with my move for the removal men to go upstairs for the bed.
I have made a complaint and was assured that I would receive word at the end of the day but that was 3 days ago.
I'll not be using this service again.

If I could give a zero I would don’t fill your details out, all I wanted was a quote where other companies will do that online I put my details into the website and instantly I was being bombarded with calls atleast 7 within 10 minutes of putting my details in.

Overall very pleased with the outcome. The only thing was I would’ve preferred more options for removal job as in one room or two room option. Also the phone calls were a bit too frequent which is out of tryout control but an option for an email/ message contact to be able to get as many options as possible.

Made the process of finding a removal company a whole lot easier.
