Claire the manager or whoever is extremely rude, unprofessional, and overtly money hungry. I genuinely felt like I was dealing with a pirate. The two movers were very lovely people so I just simply feel bad that they have to put up with a person like that.

Dave and Harry were absolutely fantastic yesterday. They were fun, fast and made the move extremely easy. I will definitely be using them again for any such jobs and will recommend to friends, family and colleagues because they are great!!

Please Please DO NOT USE this Company. I wish I had googled and seen these reviews before I booked them. I have been called a fu*k*** deluded mental woman tonight for getting them to collect a sofa from Walton on the Naze, he said who does that. When I asked for a quote he said it's a six hour round trip, but can be done. He was happy to take my money off me £360, why did he agree to do the job then. The sofa wouldn't fit through the hallway, so they put it back on the van. I never demanded it to be free, yet another lie. He walked back into our house with his colleague, said you are a lovely couple and told me he would deliver it back Monday night after he had finished work through the patio door, but not to tell Clare in the office. Never turned up Monday night. Clare phoned me the next day saying they could not hold the sofa and I needed to take delivery the next day. When I pointed out that they should of delivered it Monday night, I was told that he shouldn't of said that and he can't use their company vans without her say so. Googled him and he's the Director. They delivered it today, demanded another £59 delivery from Ramsgate to Ramsgate. Said they couldn't get it through the back gate, left it outside the front of the house all day. Then demanded another £40 tonight to remove a fence panel or the back gate. Refused to pay any more money. Local van man came got it through the back gate no problem. My neighbour watched them from his back bedroom window. He has confirmed that they never took the sofa down the back alley. As for calling them out late, complete lie. My partner phoned Clare the night before second delivery and gave permission for them to remove a fence panel if required. My partner got home from work at 4.30pm and saw the sofa on the front grass. He phoned Clare 3 times asking for them to move it to the back garden as requested the previous night. When i said i am not paying you any more money, she replied well your sofa won't be getting moved then. Both very rude and aggressive people. As said in the other reviews AVOID AVOID.

Terrible experience. Don’t use this company.

They turned up to my place and demanded extra money. Said they had only quoted me for a “soft packing service” which was total rubbish and not was discussed on the phone.. I have since found out that this is an old trick in the book and they have changed their company name several times so be careful of these thieving bast****s. I told them to sling there hook and there lucky my husband wasn’t there.

Please look into this company, it was dissolved in May 2020, has an invalid VAT number and the first review was done by the listed director?

Cash upfront and in advance?? Really
Rude, aggressive and a terrible attitude?

My friend used these people.
Scratched and damaged furniture on personal items and doors and walls of new home. They even knocked down the front garden wall. Belongings left in communal area overnight. I can’t comment on customer service as it was largely non existent as they just stopped responding to the complaints.
Would never use or recommend them in a million years!!!!

I can honestly say that these people went far beyond what was expected by myself for a house removal to Doncaster. They walked the extra mile for us and although it was a long day they kept us smiling throughout
