i have bought from from Remotes 4u before they do a great replacement for any remote, i ordered mine at the easter break so i got it on the tuesday. i would go to these people anytime i need a remote, top marks.

My experience with this company are very good .You can choose your remote with serial number of your tv, unfortunately the problem was my tv which I have to returned the remote.I’m happy with service from Remotes4u and returning with no hassle but I have to pay the return fee which is explained on their website.

Great experience all round.
Easy to use website and appreciated the info on non-branded remotes, which I bought. It has worked fine up to now and with no need for complicated and time consuming setting up, just insert the batteries and you are good to go. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Everything about this purchase was brilliant. The order arrived the next day. When the remote failed to work and I telephoned customer support I spoke with a human being who was exceptionally helpful. The upshot was that I re-ordered the correct remote for my TV, which, again, arrived the next day and I soon received a full refund for my original purchase. The communication was excellent. The products are not cheap but the service is exceptional and, with the correct remote, all works perfectly.
