Good rate and offer for first time…
Good rate and offer for first time users. Will be considering to use it in future as well.
Verification process can be improved as it asked me 2 times to upload driving license. On the second attempt it provided message that driving license it not allowed. Thanks to Naveen Bachwani as he recommended to upload passport. Here again it did not accept pdf and i had to convert to jpeg. Finally transaction went through.
Naveen was helpful through out to navigate the process. Thanks n Merry Christmas !

Staff behaviour is polite and professional but absolutely helpless. Payment stuck for 3 days. Transfer process is slow and pathetic. They need to learn from other companies.
