Do not listen to this Agent ..full of her own self praise and fails to deliver
Litsa from Remax was all promises and positiveness when first pitching for the job. I should have done my homework. Please do yours. Litsa does not have the acumen nor experience to sell any property above the 1 million mark..she was not completely honest in her yearly sales most in the western sububs of Sydney and Gunnedah all below the million mark. If your planning to sell on the Central Coast best to go elsewhere . When results were not achieved on Litsa's promises she tried changing everything and became very self promoting about how good she is and voiced many times to us that "this is a waiting game" Which was very stressful due to my husband's health. My husband is undergoing kidney transplant trials We decided to cease our agreement Remax and Litsa then issued an unexpected $1000 invoice for unwarranted costs which at this time is hard . We would not support nor recommend this agent .
