Their so called customer care division is good for nothing
Passengers are at high risk level if they prefer to depend on such unprofessional services. They will be under false assurance that risk / health etc coverage will give them protection but in fact they may face severe consequences with this service provider
I can exhibit documents , unattended , ignored correspondence from their side as ample proof .
