COH3 is utter garbage.
Broken and half finished - don't go near the game unless it's free. Relic favors axis players since COH2 - so the axis players win the large majority of mp games.
Their forum on steam are corrupted and they don't allow anyone to be critical and if you are you'll get banned by their corrupted moderators who abuse their power massively. While those fan boys who defends the game, can be abusive without any repercussions. No free speech and serious censorship.
After playing Company of Heroes 2 for over 100 hrs I would advise against buying any games from this company.
