Disclaimer - I’m the founder’s mum and was invited to write an honest review.
Hey son, here is my review and I hope you see this as a constructive feedback. I love you and only want you to succeed.
I own an investment property in California (I’m based in Australia) and am interested to invest in other areas with potentially higher returns.
Overall the platform looks great and is easy to navigate. It is very useful for the beginners as it allows you to quickly compare areas. You have the right information without getting me confused.
Here is where I think you can improve and I know you have just launched this.
1. Not all locations have data especially for past years
2, The landlord friendly score would be easier to read if it was a star rating rather than 1-5
3. It would be good to have a video showing how to quickly navigate the platform so I didn’t have to figure it out myself
4. How often the market data is updated?
I hope this was helpful and I know how passionate and excited you are for this project. You have a good heart and are so hard working, again I wish you all the success in the world.

1. I'm using publicly available data and unfortunately not all areas have the data needed. That's why you're seeing some gaps. I'll be trying to source the missing data over time.
2. Love the idea of making the landlord friendly states into a start rating. Will put that into the product roadmap!
3. I'll work on the video explainer too! Maybe when I see you in a couple of days!
4. Market data is updated monthly, around mid month, the previous months data is added.

Robust Platform!
The amount of time that would be needed to compile this information into the super clean view REI Litics provides is eye watering. I will definitely be using this for my real estate investment decisions going forward.

The promise of making residential real estate investing easy and accessible for everyone seemed almost too good to be true, but after speaking directly with the founder about this, I can already say it's the real deal! I live in Oregon and want to start investing in Real estate. I’ve been looking online to find opportunistic areas and it’s very difficult to gain comparable insights. A friend recommended REI Litics and I signed up for the free version. After using it a few times, I decided to pay the full version. I’m very happy with it. I love how easy it is to compare areas and keep an eye on the markets I’m interested in. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience using REI Litics. I noticed some issues with the website and reached out to them. I was impressed by how they handled my concerns. Intuitive way to keep an eye on the real estate market!
I registered for the free trial of REI Litics and was impressed by the ease of use. I’m new to real estate investing but this platform made it easy for me to explore so many areas I have no idea about. Great way to keep an eye on the market while I get more comfortable to invest. Definitely worth paying the monthly fee for the full version.
