Very good advice I was given. Even when I was feeling down at times talking about my debts I was offered time off to take a breath and I felt supported. Bothe Leith and Daniel were very understanding and helped me to find a comfortable solution to my situation.

It's nice when someone really wants to help and is willing to go through things that are embarrassing to talk to other people about finances are a very tender topic,how you spend what you get thank you for your help at Refresh, none judgemental help, it's also reassuring that I won't get calls or letters from people who don't understand I'm unwell, but not incapable, not irresponsible just trying to live a life, with a disability, and on a very low budget, thank you 😊 I dread reviews I suppose too many DWP appointments! But this company has so many experts! With strong hearts! you have still got to live, but creditors want what's theirs, provide the details of your way of life and they take your situation forward honestly. Their fee is worth paying it saves me so much in anxiety, budgeting, fear and judgement and shame ....thank you

Have been with Refresh for the past 3-4 years. Really easyand helpful bunch of friendly folk that manage my account. Also, by talking to the team, they make it comfortable and removes the stress and pressure (and feeling of embarrassment), when you have debt to organise. They are constantly on top of it and gives me breathing space.

Just had a 13 monthly spending review that I had the details for through whatsapp first and it took less than 10 min to complete.

Best thing I had done by going to Refress as the triggers for anxiety when a letter would come through the door from a creditor became too much. Refresh manage it all and I don’t have to.

Owing money has made me feel so poorly. Today I received an enforcement notice, panic set in so I made the call. Yes I was scared and embarrassed but I was put at ease straight away. I was transferred to another helpful gentleman who went through everything with me. Just over an hour later my life changed for the better. I have an affordable amount that I need to pay. Plus I’ll be able to live better. Thank you so much your expert advice and kindness. If you’re panicking about money make the call. Life is too short to be scared

Very bad service. I was with them last 15 years to clear my debt. In the beginning they told me that you will be cleared your debt in 5 years but here I am after 15 years fist couple of months they refunded my direct debit payments and then they stop my direct debit. Now I am struggling to pay my debit my own way.
To be very honest they don’t care about you they just want their commission from your money and very less money pay to your creditors.
I wish if I can give them less then one star.

Can not recommend these enough. Was in a dark hole very unexpectedly with bailifs at the door and with in 2 days everything was in place and made to feel at ease
