Appalling lack of customer service
Have to pay upfront via their website. Had to cancel which is 24 hr in advance policy. I cancelled 5 days before the class but still haven’t received a refund. The local studio can’t help and only contact is a phone which is NEVER answered, an email address which doesn’t reply and a contact form on the website. I have been trying all 3 for over 3 weeks and nobody responds. It’s such a con.
I would advise anyone to avoid this place as if you need to contact someone for any reason it’s impossible. As it stands I’m £22 out of pocket and have proof I cancelled 5 days in advance.
