Terrible experience. Do not go here!
I have no words for the terrible experience with this place. Received a gift card for a treatment, went to get a Vitamin C treatment. At the end of the treatment I told her that the skin under my eyes was burning and felt very sensitive - she told to buy one of her eye creams. Which I did.
The next day the skin under my eyes felt burnt and completely wrinkled. I have never had this happen and it was absolutely terrifying. I wrote to her after two days. I even sent her pictures. I could see she saw my message, but chose not to respond. Proceeded to write on her Facebook wall, she finally responded - her response that I will get another treatment on the house. I explained I do not want that, I do not plan on ever coming back there again - but I would like a refund on the remaining money on my gift card. She then proceeded to tell me they do not issue refunds for that and then blocked me from sending messages.
I cannot believe the way this business treats its customers. I definitely do not recommend this place. Could have been a completely different experience if she had apologised and refunded me from the start. But instead chose to keep the money and block me from sending messages on Facebook.
