Amazing location 2 mins from a…

Amazing location 2 mins from a beautiful beach.The most well equipped appartment we have been in .Everything you need is catered for.Extremely clean and well looked after.Only 10 min walk to craster arms ,the courtyard and shop.Excellent fish and chips from chip van near shop at weekends.10 min drive to seahouses .Lovely walks along beach .Just cant fault it .BAYVIEW BEADNALL

Brilliant sales person, Faulty Items...no hope!!

Purchasing the item was great, no complaints, excellent service.

Trying to get help with a faulty new oven which was faulty from day 1....terrible and still ongoing.

Multiple phone calls and trips into store, manufacturer offering a repair in 2 weeks time. Who wants a brand new oven repaired. I want it replaced under the Consumer Act, sold faulty.

Manufacturer understands wanting a replacement not repair and directs me back to the store to arrange return and replace. 20 miles later...Currys refuse and say they can't do anything without returns authorisation, and that the manufacturer is within their right to repair! After 6 months fair enough but not from day 1. And all the while I have a broken oven...Forever going around and around in circles! never again!!!!

Absolutely criminal

We bought a fridge freezer from Currys yesterday and paid £45 to have it delivered today. It arrived and we were told to wait 3 hours to plug it in and turn it on. We did as instructed and guess what, it doesn't work. We tried everything and it is definitely not an issue on our end. I immediately called Currys customer service who said we would definitely get a replacement and they would take the defective one away for free. I should think so. But we had to call back after 6pm because on their computer it still said out for delivery or something along those lines and the system wouldn't be updated until then. So I called back at 6pm only to be passed around to different departments, they were rude and actually hung up on me after 15 minutes of me waiting. I was told that I had to call the manufacturer for them to assess the fridge freezer and that they wouldn't give us a refund or replacement until I had an authorisation number from the manufacturer. Now it's obvious this product was faulty before it was delivered to me so why is it my responsibility to call the manufacturer? I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would have to call me back and it would take 24 to 48 hours. The real kicker is the manufacturer closed at 5pm so I have to wait another day to get any sort of help. If the person I spoke to at lunch time had told me I would have called them straight away but she didn't. And the chance of us getting this resolved over the weekend is highly unlikely so that means another 3 days without a fridge freezer. This is absolutely outrageous and I will never buy from Currys ever again. It is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and they seemed to not care how it is impacting me and my 91 year old mother. Shame on you Currys.

Currys experience

Currys experience - as a long time customer, over 15 years when Comet retail was still in business, we would always chose Curry's. Well this has all changed now after they washed their hands of an issue we have with a new purchase of a TV we made which is unwatchable to the point that we are buying another set from a more customer focused retailer that takes care of its customer base and the products it sells. Just read the reviews for Currys and make your own mind up - customers have the choice of who to purchase from and a part of that decision, often missed, needs to be how the purchase and product is supported post sale. They have failed miserably in our case. Never again!

Willow pastures

Amazing place, lodges are gorgeous, very clean with personal touches. Hot tubs are fabulous & cleaned daily. Staff are friendly & helpful checking in daily to ensure every thing is fine, nice pub which serves food on site, lovely garden centre with couple antique shops to browse! Would highly recommend

Worst company ever

If I could leave a negative star I would absolute worst company I have ever brought anything from ever brought an electric bicycle from them which came from the manufacturer directly apparently came opened and damaged. Been trying to return this now for over two weeks with no luck, multiple phone calls Where they just do not care. I have to literally threaten legal action against them and go to trading standards just for them to take it seriously I would recommend no one ever uses this company ever

Currys Review - Abysmal

Currys - Wouldn't give them any stars if possible. Placed an order for a hob and oven, asked to swap the oven to another model staff member did this. Got a slot for the hob but no oven, contacted Currys and they assured me both would be delivered in that slot. They turn up with a hob and no oven, installers knew nothing. Got in contact with Currys and apparently the oven order had been cancelled but still billed me for it and it took three calls over a week to get this refunded. Had to take another day off work to take delivery of the oven, paid the extra for an afternoon slot and the installer turned up an hour early. Installation of the hob was shoddy with no sealant - don't use Curry- Laurel and Hardy aren't dead, they are working for these clowns.

I will literally never again order an…

I will literally never again order an item for installation.
Placed order Sunday 17th for Thurs-9am-1pm slot..remove/recycle-install.

Young guy knocks on my door and with such a deadpan expression barely said hello and said he would have to come from the back.. He saunters round the back, never once smiles, came across as completely odd and awkward..Little did I know at this stage how worse this was all going to become.

His first words were "Can I use your toilet"... Now whilst he's doing that, his colleague is in the van unpacking the washing machine.

Gormless guy comes out of the toilet, goes to the cold washing machine isolator valve.. turns it off and begins to unscrew the cold hose pipe.. Water natural comes out as it simply a back up and not coming from the isolator valve.
Oh, I forgot that whilst this guy was in the loo, his colleague comes in saying " hello,hello" doesn't knock once!.. i say " are you ok" and he just stands there.. So back to the gormless one at the valve... he sees this water and states " I can install the w/machine, you need a plumber as your valve is faulty".. I couldn't believe he said this! ..
Rather than argue I just sat there livid..
He then proceeded to make up some bogus claims about how the valve was faulty,and then it dawns on him he now has an unpacked washing machine on his hands.. He states " can we leave the washing machine here" now baring in mind in live in a small bungalow, which was very clear to him..and have disabilities. i kindly stated 'i cant'!
So he then drives off with my WM!
I contact a plumber who literally came out to me 3 hrs later and just looked at me square in the face and said " there's nothing wrong with this valve in any shape or form" and proceeded to disconnect the hose which the currys installer didn't dare do. How can currys send out such incompetent installers?
I promise you , on the strength of this experience I shall never use them again for an install.. I was planning on buying an induction oven but I'll be going to ao.
7 calls later to currys and I then receive a random delivery text for Monday.. i hope to high heaven that its not the same installer... So now I'm left without a washing machine for another 5 days.
I was refunded the £35 for delivery which is an insult given I had to have the plumber come out.. This is despicable service and to say I'm livid is an understatement.
And I know they took the unpackaged wm, back into the van, so I can only imagine the state of its condition. If that comes to me Monday, I'm literally refusing installation and seeking a refund.. Ive also sent all the proof to trading standards-online, with plumbers details and evidence.
Im even in two minds whether to even trust currys with smaller items that need no install. Will they care? i very much doubt it. Ive asked for a manager to call me , the first available call is next Wednesday the 27th... this should be fun!🤔

electriQ 10 Place Settings Freestanding Dishwasher - White
Sadly, I have to report that after 2 years of ight to medium use, this dishwasher will no longer drain.
It did a good job when it worked, but I would recommend an extended warranty is bought with it, if possible.

We had an amazing relaxing stay at Burnside in Torthorwald Dumfries, Rob was an amazing host . The cottage was well equipped & so cosy the decking & garden were so peaceful would definitely recommend it. Julie & Ian Cheshire

The house< Muntjac Lodge

The house< Muntjac Lodge, was excellent for our family, well equipped with everything we needed, and in lovely position by the lake. The site was full of activities for the children who really enjoyed the whole experience and didn't want to come home. Already looking for next spring.

No common sense approach

As a property owner I would rather never use reevo - to the degree we are going to change agencies. We had a very petty unfair review on our holiday let left by a man who had smoked throughout it and didn’t like the fact we asked extra for cleaning. His revenge was to leave one star and no review. We had photos and witnesses to back us up but reevo refused to use common sense and look at all our other reviews. So our average went down from 4.8 to 4.1 and we were powerless. So there is absolutely no protection for owners against this. You can literally say anything you like and they will never remove it. Freedom of speech is their argument - though this only runs one way.

Previous entry on trust pilot about Currys rugby Elliott’s field store in particular a young very very rude manager called Luke!!! He raised his voice at me and told my to grow up I am a pensioner and felt like he was discriminating against me because he would not a set my direct questions, he kept calling me Mate, a sign of weakness when dealing with customers, he was arguing all the time and would not listen his colleagues was laughing at me also, I was borderline getting very frustrated with this young rude manager, customer services abysmal don’t care and employing rude managers who clearly can not manage!

laptop purchase and setup currys

I went to Curry's to purchase a new laptop for home and work. The store I went to was Falkirk no 2224. The young lady who served me was called Leah Huskisson, she was amazing. Leah fixed out my exchange, advised me on the right laptop for my needs, then did a set up for me. Leah knew everything about laptops gave me loads of hints . This young lady is a credit to Curry's Falkirk store, and to the tec industry itself. I watched the Curry's advert and Leah is a shining example of customer service in that advert. a big thankyou from me Leah you are a star. Ros

CURRY'S.IE

I ordered a kindle on line to be delivered in store from Currys. They said they would send an email when item was ready. I never received it, I contacted the company to be told it was a ghost order and someone would call back. I have made numerous calls and sent emails but I still have not received a refund. Customer service is appalling they promise to call you back or refund your money but 6 weeks later still nothing

The worst company. DO NOT BUY!!!

The worst company, will never buy from Currys again !!! Especially from Milton Keynes branch.
Customer service completely rude and uncooperative.
Mike the store manager is unreliable and a liar. Promised us a replacement and when we came for this, he completely denied all knowledge and could not even give us the decency of facing us.
This shows a complete lack of respect to a customer.

If you have to buy from Currys, buy online as the service is much more reliable than that of the store..ironically the store seems to challenge anything and everything that customer services HQ says.
So do not think you will win an argument with the store by quoting what has been told to you by their own online customer services.

I cannot reiterate the worst company ever and shopping experience. Do not buy !!!!

An investigation should be done on Mike and our case, as his actions put the business at risk!!!

This store and company has lost us as customers. Will rather pay more at AO
