Advertised as national free delivery over a certain purchase price.
Paid in full online only to be told when I contacted them at a future point that they wouldn’t deliver as they felt the postage costs were too much.
The postage was to Oxfordshire not the USA!
If you don’t adhere to what you advertise then don’t advertise it!

Thank you for your feedback. Due to a system error, delivery was incorrectly shown as free. Bulk orders require palletised delivery, which isn’t free, and the delivery cost was substantially higher than the value of the product. We made sure your refund was processed in full on the same day as the cancellation. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Very happy with my purchase from Red Stag.
Ordered x3 bulk bags of Scottish pebbles on Tuesday morning and they were delivered to me in London on Thursday morning! Delivery guy was super and went above and beyond to ensure drivers could pass by where he parked. Pebbles are great quality and look amazing in my new courtyard garden.
