Blant, Non Sweet, Rotten Alphonso
I bought a dozen of Alphonso Mangoes and half a dozen of badami. I am heavily disappointed with the quality of the Alphonso mangoes(i have emailed photos). Half of them went bad , and all of them were sour/tangy and tasted blant with no sweetness. £30 was wasted on poor quality mangoes from a reputed company like you. The badami were good.
What is the process to raise a formal complaint and get a refund. ?

Selling a more expensive version of custard apple but shipping a cheaper variety
One of the products supplied were of extremely poor quality and had rotten leaves.
One other product was told on the day of delivery that they didn't have the product in stock and would be refunded. They haven't done so but were able to take payment with no problem.
Third product they advertised on their website that they would supply the custard apple (Annona squamosa) but they supplied a much cheaper related custard apple (Annona cherimola). On contacting the supplier I was told that they are the same thing despite me stating numerous times that they are different fruits. I have asked them to collect the products and give me a refund but they refuse. It is as if they posted a picture of Royal Gala Apples but they provided Crab Apples.

A very good quality mooli arrived on the day it was supposed to! I wish I could buy them from somewhere close, but given that I can't, this provides a great service.

Absolutely stunned after receiving all rotten fruits and vegetables. I have no idea how they received good ratings on trust pilot! I wish I could upload pictures here to show what kind of goods i received.
So disappointed and angry.
I have asked for a refund from the company, they haven't got back yet, and even if they send me refund I would still leave this review since these kind of products should not have left their warehouse in the first place! Rotten and expired items sent.
I will take this further and thinking of complaining to Report a food safety or hygiene issue on the government's website if they don't refund my money and formally apologises.

This was the first time I had ordered…
This was the first time I had ordered from Red Rickshaw. Very good quality products and the price is also a big plus. Quick delivery, just one small niggle the samosas were packed inside a padded cool bag and were well protected, it's a pity the poppadoms weren't packed with them as they were loose in the main box some were damaged. I will order more products from them soon.

All orders are always satisfactory.i always buy mangoes from here and the Alphanso quality is excellent. They're great with their commutation and customer service. They had to replace some items in my order and informed me in time about it. I always get notified about the delivery date and time through SMS and emails.

TASTY mangoes!
I ordered 3 boxes of mangoes to compare the different varieties. Easy to order, lots of delivery slots and order arrived well packaged and without any delay. Best part, the mangoes were super tasty. I took off one star because the mangoes were all VERY ripe and I knew would all need to be eaten pretty quickly before they became overripe with one box already being overripe on arrival.
