I was in waitakere hospital and was in…
I was in waitakere hospital and was in a freezing cold room and needed a be acc nie to keep my head warm. Searched the net and found redrat and daw they sold beanies. Ordered it at 2am in the morning and had it by 10am after ringing the store once they opened and got an uber parcel service to pickup. The staff were excellent and really helpful making sure it was packaged and labelled for the uber driver.

The young man who served me in Redrat Porirua, was lovely and accommodating. The hats I purchased are my favourite colours too.

unfulfilled order & lacking communication!
Kids picked out some bday clothes, it was suppose to include a promotional item for spending a certain amount. Great, one child was happy about that!
Did not receive the promotional item (cap valued at $60).
Received an email saying my order could not be fulfilled, a refund will be given - this came up as $0 because it was not a purchased item. The email came up after the order was dispatched. Was not given an option to replace the promotional item.
Sent an message replying to their ‘unfilfilled’ email to ask where the replacement item is, no response, waited a day or so. Sent a second email to the hello@redrat gmail provided, no response, waited days. Sent a third email to compaints on their website, still no response. However, I was emailed by redrat to leave a review - so this is it!
My first issue is the lack of communication and customer care. My second issue is false advertising. My third issue is not giving options to replace items which were rightfully included in the purchase.
