When a few of the devices had issues, they quickly stepped in, replaced the faulty units, and even overnighted a replacement to make sure we stayed on schedule. It was so fun and presented so well. I would definitely say getting a sample box is an experience. I wish one could have been customized with my logo just to see what it could look like especially because the price is a little steep for new businesses but otherwise, these are solid marketing material and definitely different and eye catching. Mental Heart Healing House in Queen Creek Arizona is definitely planning to order for our higher end clients.
