I would hsve given a five but my 80…
I would hsve given a five but my 80 year old mothet who had a hip replacement 3 weeks before we travelled had to struggle to get to the lounge both ways due to a lift not working so i be not use Red funnel next timr

While our lift works from our vehicle deck to our main passenger lounge, the lift is currently unable to operate between the main lounge, and a deck, where the pet friendly north lounge and Signature Lounge are located. We are currently waiting on replacement parts to resole this issue and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Everything works well
We find everything about Red Funnel works well and is a smooth and easy process.
From the booking - even if changes have to be made as has happened to us, they worked with us to arrange new dates.
The loading and unloading is smooth and the staff are friendly and helpful.
For the last couple of times we have treated ourselves to The Signature Lounge. A more relaxed area with free drinks and some free items of food with a lovely lady serving us.
To us our holiday starts when we board the ferry. Yes it can be expensive but there are offers out there.

Booking prices easy to use. Clear directions to terminals. Staff polite and helpful. Vastly superior experience to the one a few years ago with your competitor who we will never use again.

We are currently awaiting spare parts for the lift to enable it to operate between the main passenger lounge and A deck, where our pet-friendly lounge is located. We hope to have this fixed in the near future, and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this causes. Passengers with pets who are unable to access the passenger lounge are encouraged to speak with our On Board Services Officer to see if there is an area in the main passenger saloon that they and their pets can travel in.

Our lift works between the vehicle deck/passenger gangway to the main passenger lounge, but currently is unable to reach our upper lounge. We are waiting on replacement parts to arrive and we hope to have the lift fully functioning soon. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

As usual a well organised crossing
As usual a well organised crossing. We turned up on time and we were loaded on to the ferry timously. The crossing was good and we came off the other side easily. The ferry was clean and tidy staff were busy but professional. A brilliant service. I would have given five stars but it is starting to get expensive.

Great experience. We arrived early and the staff were helpful to get us on an earlier crossing. The staff in the cafe were friendly and a good laugh. Crossing was great, so much to see. Same experience coming back. Brilliant.
