We've worked alongside RFA for over 10 years now, using their alerts to help us win work in the financial services sector.

A great team to work with where nothing is too much trouble. Hoping we can work together for many more years to follow.

Great system, with exceptional data.

I've been using Red Flag Alert for circa 3 years now and their insolvency intelligence has saved my company over £870k of bad debt. I have had experiences with CreditSafe in the past and Experian and found Red Flag much more comprehensive.

Their user interface is very easy to use and the quality of the US reports in particular are full of detail, something that our business struggled with.

I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from RedFlag. It is a scam company. I was misinformed about their data and the services they provide. Their information is neither accurate nor up-to-date, making it difficult to access or understand the data. On top of that, their prices are shockingly high.

I regret not reading reviews about them beforehand, as they are overwhelmingly negative. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

Not worth the money

We will not be renewing our third party credit monitoring contract with this business, one year is one year too many.
Reasoning………..
- Customer Service rarely respond to queries
- When the “Data Team” respond to legitimate queries, its responses are generic and meaningless
- a lack of transparency in information reasoning/methodology
- late and/or erratic email ‘change’ notifications
- little confidence in scoring reporting
- useless “dashboard”
- website is ‘clunky’ and not user friendly

Overcharged and Disappointed: Lack of Transparency with Red Flag Alert

The Red Flag Alert system itself is useful and meets all the requirements I had for business credit checks. However, my experience after 6 months left me disappointed. Upon renewal, I took the time to compare the market with competitors such as CreditSafe, only to discover that Red Flag Alert had significantly overcharged me for their services.

After raising the issue, they did reduce the price, and I re-entered into the contract based on the understanding that we could exit if certain changes occurred within our business. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a poor decision. When we later requested a refund for the unused period after making those business changes, Red Flag Alert refused, despite previously agreeing to these terms. This was extremely frustrating, as they did not honor the commitments they outlined during our initial discussions.

While we continue to use the system as part of a broader network, I would strongly advise brokers or small businesses seeking a credit reference platform to consider alternatives like CreditSafe, which provided me with a competitive offer from the outset and a more transparent approach.

In hindsight, I feel misled and overcharged by Red Flag Alert, and this experience has left a sour taste regarding their business practices.
