We completely understand your frustration, especially after waiting this long and having to repeatedly chase updates regarding orders #25175 and #25252.

We also understand your point regarding generic customer service responses, and honestly, after several months, we agree that what matters now is resolving the missing items situation properly, not repeating apologies.

We are reviewing both orders again internally with priority in order to verify exactly which items are still pending and why the previous follow-ups did not conclude correctly.

Unfortunately, some of the delays originated from international logistics and supplier processing issues, but we fully understand that from your perspective the important fact is simple: you are still missing products from January, and that is not the experience we want for any customer.

We sincerely apologize for the situation and the communication failures you experienced during the process.

This is a real order and a real company, not a scam. If there has been a delivery issue, delay, missing parcel, or communication problem, we want to review it properly and resolve it.

Please contact us again with your order number, or reply through the same email/WhatsApp conversation, so we can check the shipment status and give you a clear update. If the parcel has not been delivered, we will investigate it with the carrier and take the appropriate action.

We understand your frustration, but calling the company a scam does not reflect the reality of the service we provide. We remain available to help you resolve this case.

For this reason, certain items are not stocked locally but sourced through official and specialised supply chains. This is clearly stated in our delivery timeframes, and all orders are shipped within the estimated period communicated before purchase.

Regarding the Leather Seat Belt Covers and Carbon Fiber Seat Belt Pads with ///M emblem, these are aftermarket decorative accessories, not original BMW OEM products. The product description does not state that they are genuine BMW parts. Many customers purchase them as aesthetic accessories, and satisfaction has generally been positive.

That said, if you believe the item received does not match the description or has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to contact us directly with photos so we can review your specific case properly. We always offer solutions when there is a real issue.

Our catalogue includes thousands of items precisely because we work with multiple specialised suppliers, which allows us to offer parts that are otherwise difficult to find. This model is common in the automotive aftermarket sector.
