Rockguard for my truck still doesn't fit right!🤨

disorganized mess all around. Package took a week to ship. The DHL tracking went to the German DHL site and that never delivered but the pack came by other means. The airbags don`t fir my application and now I`m waiting a week for a return # and shipping label. Customer service is non-existent. Avoid!

Worst so-called customer service I have experienced in a long time. Bought a RetraxPRO XR cover from RealTruck.com and immediately ran into poor instructions, mismatched hardware, and cheap clamps that strip easily. Then came the real nightmare: endless holds, disconnected calls, warranty forms nobody can find, and zero urgency to help a customer with a partially installed cover. Absolutely unacceptable support. I would never buy anything from RealTruck.com again.

I spoke with Josh D about an exhaust system and he was very knowledgeable and informative in helping me make my decision. He processed my order very professionally. Outstanding young man! Five star employee!

I was disappointed with the customer service, I ordered wheel well liners for a 2026 Silverado 2500HD. The drivers side fit fine the passenger side appears to have been cut/trimmed short and does not fit the lip on the inside of the wheel well. I called and told a customer service representative and was told that I didn’t install correctly. I tried to explain but wouldn’t believe that could happen. I am very mechanical and have worked on cars/trucks/motorcycles and know when something isn’t correct. I just gave up and am going to order ones from the dealer. I thought Husky was a trusted brand but I guess not.

I called RealTruck Customer Service to verify the tonneau cover model to purchase for my Tundra. With the question answered, the rep offered to sell and ship direct – at a good price and free shipping. I received my purchase three days later. In a couple hours it was easily installed and it works and looks fantastic. Thank you RealTruck.

Ordered a tailgate lock that showed “RapidShip Ready” and “in stock,” but my order sat in “pending fulfillment” for 6 days with no updates.

Tried to contact support and the “live chat” was just an automated system with a 1–3 business day response time. Couldn’t get a clear answer on whether the item was actually in stock or when it would ship.

Ended up canceling because the process was taking too long and there was no transparency. Disappointing experience—website availability and actual fulfillment don’t match.

The chat was helpful and it was easy to order my product I wanted. I’ll be back to buy more when I need something for my truck.

The items was listed as in stock. They were out of stock. Same as last time I ordered from them. When I got my order, the quantity was 1, but I ordered 2. I don’t believe they have anything in stock. Just a middle man.

In July 2025, I contacted RealTruck to inquire about a tonneau cover, Yakima towers, crossbars, and MOLLE panels to make sure they would work on my pickup. Their customer service was very helpful and let me know about an additional adapters that would be needed to make everything work.

I ordered the items but the tonneau cover was damaged upon arrival. Contacting them was very easy and it didn't take too long after we returned the damaged item before we received the new cover.

About six-months later, I started having issues with the cover sliding open after hitting a bump. I tried a few things to fix on my own (adding an extra metal shim that came with the cover), but that didn't help. I contacted their customer service again. They were very responsive and sent additional documentation. I wasn't able to get around to trying to fix issue for a few weeks, and they follow-up with me via email to see if the issue was resolved. I was highly impressed that they would even care.

I was able to fix the issue, and I highly recommend RealTruck to anyone looking for high-quality accessories for their vehicle. Their customer service is exceptional and I'm very appreciative of the help

Since I just installed the cover I have not had the opportunity to actually use it. I found the shipping was quick. Package came intact. All parts present. Some confusion as to the actual parts applied to my truck. Extra parts confused me until I realized parts were present for the rail system which I do not have.
One complaint. Im the kind of guy that likes PRINTED Instruction sheet. Using the app on my cell is too limited to use for installing. I like to see a completed picture and not have to keep scrolling getting individual bites of the project. Go to paper or offer both!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with RealTruck regarding order #7160560.

I placed this order on 04/01/2026, and it took until 04/10/2026 just to ship the product. That kind of delay is already unacceptable, especially with no clear communication or updates explaining the hold-up.

To make matters worse, they used Maersk/Pilot as the delivery service, and as of today, 04/18/2026, I still haven’t received my order. Tracking has been unreliable, and there’s been no sense of urgency to actually get the product delivered.

Between the slow processing time, poor choice of shipping carrier, and the ongoing delivery delay, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.

I expected far better service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend RealTruck to anyone looking for timely and reliable delivery.
