Got on chat just to clarify fitment on a 2026 truck. The agent was very helpful and ended up creating an order for me, making it very easy. I've used Husky products in the past and have been very satisfied.

Stay away from this auto parts retailer. They offered a Visa card rebate on N-Fab side steps and I was in the market so I purchased from Real Truck. I filed for the rebate submitting the information that should have proved I purchased the qualifying item during the time period stipulated in the rebate and they denied my submission, stating I didn't send photos of the side steps installed on my truck and that I could not resubmit additional info or the pictures they asked for ...that was it, it's done. No rebate. So freggin lame. I didn't submit the photos because I hadn't had a chance to install them at that point. I will never purchase anything ever again from this store. There Real Truck, you just lost a customer for life, was that worth the few bucks you offered in your rebate?

The person on the chat was super helpful and sent me the purchase link and all was super easy.

I ordered the Lund Stainless LED Bull Bar on 12/04/25 as a Christmas Gift. The receive by date was 12/19/25. I checked the status the week of 12/19 only to see pending fulfillment. I reached out to Realtruck, received an email stating it would take 4 to 10 weeks to ship.
I reached out to Realtruck on 01/06/26 by email asking if this item was going to ship, 01/09/26 Realtruck responds by email informing me of an estimated ship date of 02/18/26. I call customer service on 02/18/26 asking why this item has not shipped. I never got a clear answer but received an email this morning updating estimated ship date to be 04/18/26. I called customer service, cancelled the order and expressed my concerns to Victoria regarding the complaints I have read regarding Realtruck not refunding or delaying your refund. She stated she would request my refund to be expedited. I don't really have high hopes for this to happen. I will be back to complain when problems arise from this refund experience. As for the future, if Reatruck is the only company that has it, I don't need it that bad.

I liked the interaction , but I was told 2-3 days to my door and tracking says 5 days, and my order was only partially fulfilled. Which will delay the rest of the order. I have reached out to, still no response

Easy to order and to make sure I got the correct bed cover. I like using the installation video to follow the step by step process.

Company is a dumpster fire. Sent me a truck cover that was missing parts. After 1 month they still have not delivered the parts. They are a junk bond company that is on the verge of failure.

Staff was very knowable & friendly

Do NOT purchase a topper from RealTruck.com. My truck has an LS2 topper that they produced in 2014 and discontinued in 2019. They stopped making replacement parts and told me the only way to fix it was to buy a whole new topper. The cost is over $3,000. If you don’t want to purchase a new topper every 5 years, consider a more reputable company.

Placed my order chatting with Lindzy. She made the process easy and quick. Very happy with my shopping experience.

Upon purchase, immediate withdrawl of my funds. It's been 9 days with no update to product. I asked for a refund as every attempt to speak with someone fell short. The answer is always "I will submit a ticket for some other dept to research, which will take 1-2 or 2-3 business days". I asked for a refund since I could not get any answers about product availability, shipment, or estimated arrival dates, " we will review this and get back to you..." I still have no information and no refund. This company is either an empty shell or extremely incompetent.

Great customer service on phone inquiry and then order placement.
Fast delivery and all appears good inside the box. Hope to install in a few weeks once truck is done being repainted.
