The item I purchased does not work

The item I purchased does not work. I opened a ticket and have been talking to someone for over an hour and they can't fix it and half the time he keeps asking the same questions. I'm getting nowhere with my request for a refund. I'm very disappointed in how they handled this situation. There has to be an easier way to get my money back.

Had a terrible experience with a product he resold called "TateWare" Was marked as Undetected by the Dev himself even though there was a delta force Update so it should've been marked as " Down " Or " Updating " I was refunded for my purchase 10/10 my boy tabz aint no scammer
P.S Tokyo is great support give my boy a raise

Update as of my most recent interaction regarding there resell of baimless warzone they have gone down hill avoid this

Not worth the money

Tried to buy a menu for Fivem from them on of the newest video ones at this time and it was basically a scam. Always crashes no matter what and menu attempts to open boom crashes Fivem. Support is ok but doesn’t help it get fixed. Waste of money basically a scam

This sounds like a PC compatibility issue. It also sounds like your product was delivered, our support assisted you to the best of their abilities acknowledging that we aren't a "scam" and that you received the products you purchased. Regarding a product not being compatible with your PC specs, we always offer refunds or product exchanges to a product that is compatible, or some other form of acceptable compensation. Spreading misinformation claiming we are scams or our products do not work is defamation, and it seems like the issue is on you. If you wish to receive reimbursement for your product, then by all means we would be more then willing to refund you. Open a ticket here:

Excellent website

Excellent website. I always get treated with respect, also the team is very patient and always ears for questions or suggestions. RDI is a great place for gaming software. Not common but if I do ever have issues the team is fast and reliable. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Highly recommended !
