I am writing this to warn every Aussie family to avoid RealCoAgents.com .au at all costs. We were looking for a home that would offer comfort and convenience, and they lied to our faces about the condition of the house we bought. The transaction seemed okay at first, but it was all a scam to get the contract signed. Once we moved in, we discovered several major issues that have made our lives a living hell for the past few weeks. RealCo has shown absolutely no regard for after-sales support and they have ignored every single one of our emails. It’s a total lack of accountability that I’ve never seen in the real estate industry before. We have wasted thousands of dollars and countless hours trying to fix issues that should have been disclosed to us. Their agents are dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional once they have their commission. It’s been a horrible experience that has taken away the peace we were looking for in a new home. Initially, the transaction was handled fine and the agent seemed very communicative and eager to help us. However, everything spiraled down the second we signed the contract and committed our hard-earned money. We moved in and immediately realized that the house was far from the ""perfect"" condition they had described. We found several major issues that were clearly covered up during the showing. RealCo has shown absolutely no regard for after-sales service and has been completely dismissive of our concerns. There is Nothing good in my Experience, it's because the Company is only good and reliable at first. But when we signed the contract they become the opposite. The Company is clearly Irresponsible and unreliable.

Once you are in the house, you will realize how many things were hidden or misrepresented during the sale.
