I know I've reviewed this company a few times but give credit where credits due. Had a few more issues and this time Rebekah was dealing with them, nothing seemed a hassle and her professionalism and help was second to none. Honestly re leaf customer service is right up there with octopus. Rebekah I Thankyou and your bosses should be proud to have such professional, polite and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend this company to anyone, from their consultants to customer service to range of products 10/10

No item has been sent to me, no refund, and no response when I contacted them. Fake shop or scammers. Do not buy from here!

Simply a shame how such a good product can have such a poor team behind it. I have been wating for 2 months for a refund and they tell me that the system is not working. INSANE

Just disgusting.

Been waiting for 5 weeks. Products must be arriving, as I have been charged by Royal mail (£2.50) Apparently they hadn't paid enough postage (Already paid the sender £9.00! For postage!)

Misleading information regarding shipping hidden behind many links. No customer service as the message link is purposefully broken, no captcha to fill but the captcha error appears upon trying to send. Buy their products cheaper from 3rd party websites and not from realleaf directly. I can't comment on the product because the product NEVER ARRIVED and apparantly its a very common theme. I truly beleive that they are running just enough of a legitimate business so that they can get away with screwing 75% of their customers. Read the reviews and make your own mind up. It always baffles me how a company with what is supposed to be a good product (can't verify without getting order), have such bad distribution. Why?

Not even received an order number and no response to any of the emails I have sent requesting an update.

1 month after I ordered my packs of cigarettes, I wrote them an email. No answer. I wrote a second e-mail and they sent me the tracking number, without further informations. When I checked on the tracking infos, it’s been written « blocked for missing papers »… great…
I wrote them on WhatsApp but had no answer back.
Finally after 1.5months, my order arrived with 12€ charge…
I do not recommend this website. They’re not serious enough about their business.

Very annoyed and disappointed. It has been weeks since they’ve had my money, still no delivery and no response or acknowledgment of my numerous emails.

Support was only responsive until I asked for a refund. I was willing to return all the unused products, but I received no reply after many emails.

That's what happens when you want to support businesses and buy from them directly instead of through Amazon.

I'm waiting now over a week for delivery and regarding tracking it looks like it will take another week, besides that the prices have been super high compared to other reseller shops, paid 12,50 per pack which usually costs 9 euros? Feeling scammed by the manufacturer is something new to me. Clarification why the prices differ so much would be interesting. Products itself are without any doubt a good investment for your health though, but if you expect to get a fresh supply of alternative smoking products before you ran out you better order your packs somewhere else!!

I ve got in touch with the company (3 times) but they just replied to the first one with a general reply and no info at all related to my questions

A real example when a salesperson values ​​his customer. You get a lot of gifts with your order. Fast and safe delivery..

Ordering from Europe, the delivery is always slow but worth the wait. The product is amazing and they always throw some free gifts with a big order. I love smoking with this blend and I can save a lot of the other material thanks to this, without using tobacco. Amazing love it thanks real leaf!

I've made my purchase on 28th of February and i still haven't gotten my order, and one of the reasons that happened is because they tell you the item comes from the Netherlands, but it actually comes from Israel, and because of that not only I'll have to pay 30€ more and my package is stuck for a month now in customs... all because the Company withheld information about the package.
