Have been using their great service for quite some time and it has always been good and value for money.

I unfortunately had a login issue as I was no longer able to access the email address I signed up with years ago. Their customer support service via the portal was second to none and my login problem resolved within a couple of hours.

Great customer service and superb experience overall.

Been using it with kodi for 5 years. But now found a brilliant app called stremio which is quicker and faster then kodi.

Just amazing service!!!

Absolutely childish so called support. They're scammers. They take your money, make up a lie and accuse you of watching from 2 devices at the same time & suspend your account.

Even after proving to them they were lying, they told me they will not permanently suspend my account. I have done nothing wrong & broken no ToS. I proved that & they still lied to me, took my money and ran. Do not pay for their service. Honestly, the attitude alone, I'm surprised they're still around.

It's also worth noting, after some thorough research and searching, I am not the only victim of their scam.

Don't waste your time or money. Use an alternative provider.

I have to change my Amazon charge card, but wasn't sure I could use my Chase debit, but I can. It made my night, thanks Real Debrid. I'll be using my debit from now on👍👍👍👍

My real debrid is down and i do not know why. I have it on my tv and tablet only. I use my tablet at work which is a different address which i dont think this should be a problem. I even got them a new customer.

Update: My real debrid is back and up and running. Thanks for the Great service. I thought that I was cut off. I did share with my brother for awhile. I did not know you weren't allowed. I talked him into buying the service and now he is a new customer of yours. Again, thank you for the great service.

I have been using RD for several years and have not had any serious problems. I am confused about one issue though: if I change my media box, will I lose my account? How do I go about letting RD know I'm changing my device and because of this my IP will be different to the I've I have been using all these years?

Been using real Debrid for a few years now. Recently it started throwing me off kodi even though I was in credit. I’ve re-authorised my account/device and I’m still having issues. Trying to contact customer help is impossible as there are no contact numbers or email addresses. Really disappointing, looks like Real Debrid are about to lose a former happy customer.

Since uploading my review of Real Debrid I have been contacted by them and given really helpful advice on how to stop the crashes. It was actually my VPN that was causing the problems. A few changes to the VPN settings and everything is working fine.

Sorry Real-Debrid for my hasty negative review. I’ve given you the 5 stars you rightly deserve.

I quite like this service, I use real-debrid for a long time but there is no official contact channel. Can't use any service for more than 3 days (hoster_unavailable)

It works like charm for all the hosters it supports. Maximum speed and resume support was all I needed.
But it lacks some most popular hosters like k2c. Its a 5* if they added hosters like k2c, TezFiles, TakeFile, Xubster, FileJoker, Shabby Share etc. Although I am very pleased with there service and support.

Seriously thought about giving up on streaming until someone suggested RealDebrid so bought a 3 month subscription. That was 4 years ago and I now renew every 6 months. The reason is its a brilliant service. People writing bad reviews obviously have not mastered how to use it. Pair it with the K app and your in streaming heaven.

Have been using them for the past 12 years. Has always been working. Speeds are excellent, can always max out my gigabit internet. Flawless.
The puzzling part is that prices have remained the same for the past 12 years. Only service which does not change with inflation.
