I was informed that my server would come with support within 30 minutes per ticket, I've been waiting around 2 days per ticket.

I was also told my server would have DDoS protection, it doesn't have any DDoS protection at all as I was attacked within the first couple of days.

I've requested a refund and they haven't replied - they said they'd refund me if I wasn't happy with my service within the first 5 days of purchase.

Don't go here, it's a bad mistake, I was lured in and I already regret it.

Ordered a 2TB HDD dedicated server and got 1 TB.
Wrote to them, and called them on the phone, was talk that there was a mistake, then they would give me a cloud server with the same specs i have ordered, was told that there will go about 1-2hours and the cloud server would be ready and now there has gone about 6 hours??
Tried to contact them now for 2days, and no respond on my calls or messages!!

They are blackmailing me by saying that i should remove my review from trustpilot for getting my Money back!

They tried to close my review, but trustpilot refused and now they want to investigate this case hier to!! :-)

No doubt readymakers.com provide cheapest webhosting in the world. i personally choose this company for my company websites, this means i trust and dominate my JOB based on their service. i think they need more time to become professional.

Problem with their service i experience in last 5 months

1) Slow support, some time they reply ticket in the same day. but most of time i wait minimum 2 and 3 days.

2)Their live chat are online in limited time. mostly in my case offline.

3)no one available to pick US phone number calls. i try calling via Skype.

4)I use them from 5 months now. 2 time unexpected VPS down. as well their official Website. last VPS down time 12 hours. in same time their website down too. so there is no way to contact them and ask them about the problem. even if they going to maintenance they didn't inform to clients. last VPS downtime was their maintenance downtime in my opinion but they didn't inform to clients as well there are no announcement on their website.

5)They deleting comments of clients on their Facebook page if comment are similar like this "Review" that are Totally true and on practical basis.
