Great but I can't circulate books

It's a platform in which you can access your school library and even circulate books if you're a library assistant. It's very helpful to check what books we have and if they're available right now. You can even borrow eBooks.
But from a few weeks ago I couldn't circulate and it kept telling me there's an error. The problem is it's still not fixed(as I recently checked again) and I found it difficult to let students borrow or return their books. Except for this, it's good.
