I've usually bought things from them and it's been fine; shipping is a bit slow, but they're reliable.
Until my last order, which was over €100 and I cancelled it, they sent me an email saying it would take about 20 business days to receive the refund (a bit excessive, but okay). It's been over 30 business days and I still haven't received my money. The worst part is that I've sent them several emails and no one has replied.
I think I've been scammed.
Be very careful with them.

Order confirmation on January 14, 2026. After so much time without any changes, on April 1, 2026, I requested information about my order. They only responded to my question on April 2, 2026, saying they wouldn't fulfill my order and would issue a refund. On April 11, 2026, I inquired about the refund, and they responded on April 13, 2026, saying it was being processed. They still haven't issued the refund. In this store, the only thing that works is payment processing; neither orders nor refunds are handled. Scam alert!

After a cancellation, I wanted to order another item to make up for it, but strangely enough, I couldn’t complete this new order, and now the promotion has ended (though the item is still on sale). It’s odd – the first order went through fine; it looks like my account has been blocked following my cancellation request. I can’t believe it...
In response to the shop’s reply: you’ve said the exact opposite of what I explained. I already check the newsletters; I wasn’t satisfied with the first order as I had to cancel it. When I tried to place an order IN TIME to replace the item from the first order, your website never accepted the order confirmation, despite my trying numerous times. And then, when midnight on the deadline arrived, I wrote my review straight away (easy to check).
I can see that rather than finding a solution, you’re giving a non-responsive reply, so I gather that what happened to me was by no means a coincidence.

Both was marked “in stock” the time I/we ordered them and they arrived within a few weeks, I have no complaints at all. Well secured packaging, exactly what I paid for(very good price). 10/10. Just pay attention to product descriptions, and keep in mind that shipping/availability varies. Communication with customers could be a bit more efficent, but it’s ok.

I placed an order with RCZ several months ago and cancelled it after the product was not delivered. RCZ confirmed by email that my refund would be issued within 1–20 days.
More than 20 days have passed and I still have not received my money. I contacted customer support multiple times, and the only answer I received was to “keep waiting”, without any proof that the refund is being processed.
I have now opened a chargeback with my bank and submitted a complaint to the European Consumer Center (ECC-Net).
I would prefer to resolve this amicably, but the lack of action from RCZ is unacceptable.
This review reflects my ongoing experience and will be updated if the situation is resolved.

In order to better understand the situation, I kindly ask for a clarification regarding the refund process. Although you mentioned that the refund was cancelled due to a chargeback request, I would like to note that I have not received any proof or confirmation that a refund was ever initiated on your side, despite my repeated requests.

If you are in a hurry to have the part, this is not the shop for you. Every time I bought something I was fully aware that I had to wait for few weeks or a couple of months to receive my part. But every time I received everything absolutely as described. RCZ best shop if you are searching for very good deals.

I placed an order with RCZ Bike Shop (order no. 33000102147), which appears as completed and shipped on their website, but I have never received the package or any tracking information.
I have sent numerous emails over several weeks, yet I have not received a single reply from their customer service team.
It is very disappointing that a company of this size offers no communication or solution for such a basic issue.
As of today, I still have no idea whether my order was actually shipped.
A very negative experience — not recommended at all.

I made a purchase with the order Nº33000103346, a Fox suspension, according to them it was delivered in September, at a time which was not there, I ask them for the signature of the shipment and they do not answer me, they are not serious.
I update my opinion, on 02-02-206, RCZ Bike, gives me back the money for the order, since after an investigation with the transport company, they recognize that the material was not delivered, I want to thank the RCZ Bike team, these actions give you security when deciding if I buy here again, and I will do again, I hope that this time the transport company delivers the order.

I ordered a shock from RCZ but received the wrong model. A cheaper model with the price of the more expensive one. I contacted customer service, sent photos, and explained the issue. Unfortunately, the only option offered was to return the product at my own expense, which made the return not worthwhile.
I suggested alternatives, such as a voucher or price adjustment, but never received a solution. In the end, their mistake became my problem.
In the other hand the prices are really good.
Overall, I’m disappointed with this experience.

I purchased a 3T Strada 105 Di2 from RCZ. At the time of purchase, the bike was advertised as including 3T Discus 40I30 or Zipp 303S carbon wheels (depending on availability). After receiving the bike, I discovered it came with Fulcrum Rapid Red 900 wheels — a much cheaper, non-equivalent aluminum wheelset.
I realized that RCZ had changed the item description to include these cheap wheels after I had bought the bike.
Fortunately, I have evidence that they updated the item description without any notice to the customers.
Their only response was to offer me €400 compensation or to return the entire bike. They refused to provide the originally advertised wheels or a fairer adjustment.
I gave them several options, including a much lower agreement than the real difference in price between the 2 wheelsets (around 1000€) because I did find one of the advertised wheelsets for around 700€. I also suggested they sent me equivalent wheels from their stock.
None of these was accepted, and was promptly directed to the initial (very quick) offer.
This was premeditated. A clear bait-and-switch practice: advertise a bike with high-end wheels, deliver a downgraded version, then retroactively change the website.
If you buy from RCZ, be aware that what is advertised may not be what you receive, and the company takes no responsibility for the discrepancy beyond a token offer.
EDIT: RCZ reply is exactly why they can't be trusted. You buy something from them, but they don't hold themselves accountable for what they deliver.
And apparently, when they know they have got the wrong item, they hide it from the customer, hoping the customer doesn't complain. And don't get me wrong, I wouldn't complain if they had sent me similar wheels. But realistically, we're talking about 40€ wheels vs 700€ wheels.

I have bought from them a few times.
Waiting times are very very long.
But eventually you get your stuff.
My last purchase was a pair of Suplest shoes.
It took 3 months to get them (sic!).
It turned out the shoes were small. I filed a refund request the very same day I received them.
3 days after I was asked via email to provide pictures. I did it right away.
Ten days after, still no feedback. I wrote several emails asking at least for an update.
No response. They completely ignored me.
Not even acknowledging that they received my email.
On their website they say that customer service is usually within 24hours. 72 hours if there is a weekend.
So, at this point I doubt I will get my money back.
Very disappointing.

Update 26.09.2025: story is not over. They finally sent information about return process. I have sent the package back and I have proof that ten days ago the courier tried to deliver but nobody was there to receive the package. So the courier left a notice for deposit. I guess they have to pick it up from the courier themselves now. I wrote to RCZ and told them. They denied they received the package. I wrote back with screenshot of the tracking information. Silence since then.
I have the feeling I will never get the money back. But I really doubt the modus operandi of RCZ. So please be aware of the fact you are dealing with questionable way of doing business.
Answer: did you read my message? The courier tried to deliver and nobody was there. And I don’t think they will try to deliver again. It is most likely in a deposit.

Bought a fork several months ago as the price was too good to be true. I checked all the details they shared with, specially the part number as the pictures in some products might not be 100% accurate. Delivery time is long as they announce.
I received the product around a month and a half later and all was good, product in perfect condition and matching with the part number announced. No original packaging as I guess they come from OEM.
I am subscribed to their mail list with the discount codes, but somehow most of the times they do not work, that is why the 4 stars.

I bought a few small items in this store that were in stock to test whether the order would arrive. They did. Then I ordered a product that was out of stock, with a delivery time of 20 business days. Of course, the product did not arrive even after a much longer time. I understand, not everything always goes as it should. I wrote an email, canceled the order, and the seller wrote that they would refund the money within 1 to 20 business days. And that's where the problem began. Since then, more time has passed than they said for the refund, the seller stopped communicating and I lost my money. After this experience, I started to find out if other people have had a similar experience. They have. When they tell you that the delivery time is 20 business days, it is usually a few months. If you cancel an order because you need the part sooner, you have a problem. I will not shop at this store again and I will recover my money through my bank.

Info of the product and photos on their webpage are quite misleading and delibrly non informatic.
Bought a Reverb AXS seatpost in January with Sram product code on the web. Got it after 3moths of waiting. No battery and charger. After two moths of complaining they stopped answering my enquirys. They added the info no battery and charger months after the purchage. Took a screenshot when I made the order.
Would not order if the product in't in stock.
I also made a order of Novatec carbon wheels on January. After 7months still no info when will I recive the wheels.
