Ordered from them on 3/23/2020 with the full understanding shipping might be delayed due to COVID. Tracking number given, but its seems to be stuck with HK postal service for 1 month and 20 days as I am writing this email.
I requested for a refund and offered to send them back the credit if I receive the product down the road, but they refused to take any responsibility unless notified by postal service the shipment has been lost. On the other hand, they did confirm other customers who placed their order during the same time frame have received their product, but refusing to take any responsibility unless notified by postal.
Though RCmart has great selection of RC products. I suggest to be ready of minimal customer service and if you ever have issue with your shipment, good luck..

Products are good and shipping if fast if you pay more for it. But don’t expect any service. Made a purchase of USD350 and forgot to add one more item at USD100 barely 2 minutes after checkout. Contacted them and was told cannot add on and you can get a refund. So no choice took the refund and am still waiting already 20 days for my money back. While waiting I made another purchase of almost USD900. One of the purchase I accidentally ordered 2 x spur gears. Contacted them to cancel 1pc and again was informed no. And if I want I can cancel the entire order. So now I paid extra USD6 and if I want to refund I need to send it back with shipping at my own cost and maybe wait another 30-40days for a refund. So for the others interested in RCmart, MAKE SURE YOU CHEKC YOUR PURCHASES BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT. Cause then don’t believe in Customer Service.

Lack of customer care even locally in Hong Kong
OK this is really frustrating and upon seeing other reviews from fellow hobbiest reviewing about this company it further confirms its truth , it just make me sick about how this company treat their customers.
I am actually living locally so I can normally skip the shipping and just go direct to their pick up office in local Hong Kong (where this company is based). I guess from hindsight I am luckier as I can deal directly face to face with them even when encountering any problems, but unfortunately this reveals and fortifies the true non-caring nature of how the people work in this company, and honestly is typical of how young local Hong Kong people are like, they take your money and don't care a damn afterwards, customer service is not part of this universe to them.
Cut the story short, I normally make orders of around a $1000us each time and that was more than a few times. To say they wouldn't recognized me would be an understatement. With this latest order I made I was just really tight with time to go up to their office to pick up. AS ADVERTISED they say their office hours is from 10-5pm. The time was 4:55pm when I am within walking distance to their pick up shop and I was hoping to call their number just to ask them to kindly wait a few more minutes so I can pick up and go ( as I live about one and a half hour away), but when I called the phone number it automatically goes to an answering machine and said they are closed??! I thought that was odd so I picked up my speed and ran my way there and arrived at the door (which is on the 4th floor of a factory building in Hong Kong.)...the time is 5:06 pm. It would be impossible that all the people workng in the office are gone on the dot as you can clearly hear their laughters and jokes inside. I ran the bell but nothing, completely being ignored and I could presumed they could also see me at the security camera at the door. I ran the bell a few more times but they just treat u as a dog almost begging to open the door. I mean honestly I was just 6 minutes late and they are inside, and I have been there just about a week ago and ordered several times before, perhaps asking them to just let me pick up my stuffs and go would not be too much of a problem? NOP, NOTHING.
They just shut you out because that's their character, their way of how to deal with customers, just really cold and lack of any human touch, and obviously I would need to make another trip there again.
Another time I made one wrong item out from a big order (lucky it was something small) and because my pick up time was a week after the order made they refuse to make any exchange as they say it is more than 7 days, (but I only picked up for less than a few days ?!), this is another story...
Just one encounter is enough to illustrate how this company operates and treat their customers. I guess since they are dealing internationally there are even bigger problems for international shipping orders, as reviews on this site showed. To be honest this also reveals how most Hong Kong young work force nowadays is like too, supreme lack of customer services and after sales customer relations. Extremely disappointing and disgusting experience.

Great service - as Marco says below, I dont get the bad reviews but assume its bad luck. I have placed a dozen orders with them over the last year and everyone has arrived within the week which is very good considering they ship from Hong Kong. Will definitely use again.

I ordered some led lights for my tamiya tractor truck through another site that rcmart was advertising through and the kit I used said is for my application. When I get the kit it didn't bring enough lights so I try calling rcmart and the numbers they show are NO GOOD. So I contact them through email and told them what happened and they would not offer me a refund or offer me more lights at no cost to me. After all they advertised that it fits my application and it didn't that's why you would think that they would offer me more lights at no cost. If anything they told me to buy more lights from them. I took that like a slap to my face. They screwed me once and then tried to sale me more lights when they need to give them to me because they didn't send enough in the first place. They are very unprofessional and i was told to stand clear of them but I didn't listen now look at me. EVERYBODY OUT THERE keep away from this company. They are overseas bandits and they're giving overseas companies a bad name. If you have used them and had no trouble just give it time and you will get BURNED.

Blown away by these bad reviews, I've never had a problem with them, I guess when you sell a lot of stuff things will go wrong from time to time so not saying the bad reviews are untrue, but in my experience they have been good. I have had bits arrive not right and they either gave me credit or replaced the parts without me having to send them back.

The bad: Customer service, I had faulty ESC, to get this replaced is not an easy task, prepare yourself for a large number of Emails automated replies etc. Once the problem is acknowledged (video proof) you can send the item back at your cost and than you have to wait for another few weeks , all up it has taken nearly 2 months and still haven't seen my ESC back. So much room for improvement here.

It took a week to get my order out the door. Ten days after my order I got my first email telling me, in google translate quality English, that my order had "made it to postal location" three days ago". Of course the "track your order" link didn't work. That was 26 days ago and I still don't have it. But, they were quick to take my money including the $11 in shipping.
I guess if you absolutely have to have something by say, next fall, then sure, order from there.

Terrible customer service with RCMart. It took over two months to receive my order! They said it would be within 10 days at one point, at which it was a month later. I still haven't received my second package from them.
When I email to inquire about the missing products, I simply get a reply "we are not shipping company".
I will not shop from this company again and would not recommend their shop to anyone else.
