The manager I had the unfortunate experience of working with was not only arrogant but also pretentious, and she exhibited an attitude that made it difficult to communicate properly. We felt disregarded and undervalued because it was clear they had no real interest in learning about our needs and goals. Everything about working with her was embarrassingly disappointing. Instead of professional and cooperative relationship I had hoped for, I got the impression that we were being treated like any other project. It's unfortunate that a business that brags about its prowess in public relations and advertising falls so short of putting its words into actions.
