DEATH TRAP!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I'm always super cautious about rocks and sidewalk cracks and always looking at where I'm going. One day I was riding my A3 Kick Scooter on a path I've taken 20 times before when I go over a hairline crack in the asphalt (the same crack I've ridden over 20 times) when all of a sudden the front wheel locks up and I go flying over the handlebars! I slammed my knee into the asphalt as well as banged up my shoulder and wrist. No broken bones, but the knee pain was immense. The first week I was bedridden and couldn't walk without crutches. It's now 8 weeks later and I still can't return to normal activities.

No, I wasn't wearing knee pads but I don't ride the scooter recklessly nor do anything that would cause me to fall or get injured. Besides, none of Razor's models are wearing knee pads in their marketing or product photos so it’s hypocritical for a company to tell its customers to wear knee pads when their own models don’t even wear them.

A front wheel locking up is completely unacceptable for such a product!! The scooter was less than a year old and I had ridden it only about 20-30 times. I did not modify the scooter in any way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HAZARDOUS JUNK!!
