Brian was patient with us as we looked around and gave us a great price... we couldn't pass it up and decided to buy...looking forward to our new sofa

Our salesperson, Marline was pleasant, patient and very helpful. She listened to what we were looking for and directed to the perfect sectional as well as a complimentary ottoman from a different set.

Salesperson was so nice! Steve listened attentively to me and was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

We worked with Marlene on purchasing an adjustable king bed. She spent time with us to come up with the right bed given our existing furniture. It was a pleasurable experience.

Sales rep was very helpful without being pushy. She is knowledgeable and thourough in explaining the options. I haven't received my order yet so the quality of the product and the delivery process experience is to be determined.

Great choices. Quick delivery. Exceptional customer service to find the item we needed, as always!
Only concern was that furniture delivery personnel were not allowed to wear shoe covers (we provided) as it was not covered by their insurance. Ended up dirtying our carpet and floor. Quite concerning.

Was quick and easy. I knew what I wanted. I knew it was out of stock but was in no hurry to get it. Had a gift card that expired in April. So got my order in and just looking for the delivery date whenever it is.

It was easy to pick up once we figured out where was the actual pick up location once we hot to the warehouse.

We had a bit of an issue with an online purchase - the website offered 36 month interest-free financing, and we applied and were approved - but then it was not clear how to apply this at checkout. However, when we called customer support we were immediately put in touch with a representative at our local store, who processed the order for us and his service was excellent. So I would give 3 stars for the online experience, but 5+ for the sales representative!

Brian was so helpful. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. I could not have had a better representative for me.
