We were greeted after walking showed us choices of what we were looking for. Sales person very helpful.

I loved connecting with our saleswoman Liz, she was fantastic and as a fellow tall girl she understood the importance of finding the literal right fight. I was so glad she was willing to sit and talk with me while I spent time finding the most comfortable chair for long periods of sitting.

My order for matching pillows to chair I purchased was never submitted and now I must wait 10-12 weeks for them.........having already waited 8 weeks. Unsatisfactory!!!!!!!!!

On our first visit we were helped by Mason Hall. On our return visit we were assisted by Diane Roboski. Both associates were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to ‘enjoy’ the furniture we were trying out and they answered our questions. There was no pressure to purchase. Also my mother purchased several items from R&F over the years and has enjoyed every piece.

Salesman was great and knew when I wasn't impressed with a sofa. He took me all over store and found me a great sectional. I can't wait to get it 1/7.

Delivery for 12/23 at 1:30to4:30pm Know Show Matt called to say weather was BAD, Delivery 12/24 9:15to 12:15 KNOW SHOW I called store asked to talk TO Matt 15 minutes on hold So I HANG UP. Matt NEVER calls back and staff informs Me Advanced Motion is NOT in STOCK so maybe I can rec by 12/27/22 MAYBE, So I informed staff to Cancel order Now Matt wants to Talk. Word of the day RETRAIN MATT to respond to a customer that just spent $4207.03 in YOUR store and told salesman we would be back for livingroom Furniture . NOT NOW

Thorough explanation of mattress options, patient salesperson, friendly cashier, and next day delivery, plus the two men delivering did total set-up in 5 minutes.

My furniture I had placed an order for was on hold until we were able to move. I went into the store to have my furniture setup to be ready for delivery. And here the owner of the company canceled my order. No one called me or even notified the person that made the sale that my order was canceled. So the store manager tried to make it right by giving me a discount & taking $150 off on top of that. But the total cost was still $1,600 over what my original furniture cost. They said they would make it right. Even after calling the district manager this was the worst customer service ever. I’m very displeased & even though I have the new order placed I’m looking else where for furniture. I was very satisfied the first time around. But as for the second time I’m very disgusted at how I was treated with saying we never give discounts like these. Even though it was your companies fault not mine.

No effort was given to obtaining me a better price than the 10% sale price. Was treated by the salesman like I was a dumb woman. Also, having to pay $75 for a local delivery less than 5 miles away, is pure GREED!!!!
