Dining Room chair legs broke after 1 month
I purchased $7k worth of furniture a month ago. Three of the dining room chairs legs are broken already. I purchased the Platinum Protection Plan and they said they could come out in 2 weeks to repair. Since it’s brand new I want it replaced. The furniture is beautiful and it’s our first time purchasing it, so it’s disappointing. The salesman sold us on White glove delivery, stating that they will move the furniture to put the rug down, but the delivery team said they won’t do it. Not sure I will purchase from there again.

Great Experience
Everyone was helpful. My salesperson Lin and I spoke on the phone prior to me coming to the store so I knew what I wanted to see in person. I did browse around before I concluded it was exactly what I wanted. I went in on Saturday and my furniture is to be delivered on Wednesday. I also purchased the warranty since buying furniture is an investment. Highly recommend this location in Harrisburg.

Our salesman
Our salesman, Mohamed, was extremely knowledgeable, very low pressure, told us ALL the costs upfront, and showed us the options that met our needs. We shopped three other furniture stores and they nothing as good quality in the same price range. Plus the other places didn’t tell us all the costs until we asked and what they had was $2K or more than what we got at Raymour and Flanigan.
