Ronald Evans was a professional salesman and got the job done. He made recommendations, walked us through the process and let us make the decision.

I purchased a few items, there customer service was very good, there was no pressure. The sales person Chryste Call was very helpful, answer all of our questions. Chryste let us shop on our own, she kept her distance but was right there when we had a question. Our time at Raymour & Flanigan in S. Philly was time well spent.

Enjoyed the selection, found a great, reasonably priced sofa.

I visited the store several times over the course of one week. Many of the sales reps stopped to ask if I needed help or to check on me and each gave me space to sit, think, and decide. While waiting to work with Bela, Gary (finance team?) even walked around with me to answer a few questions. I enjoyed my experience in the store.

Nick Morrison was probably the best salesman I have worked with in my 56 years. He wasn't annoying, pushy, didn't force overselling. He was very patient, listened to our needs, Gave us time to think, wasn't worried about running to other customers and nailed our sale for exactly what we needed. Way to Go Nick!!!!!

Customer service was quick, informative and efficient.

They were to deliver and set up my new bed today, and I was promised they would take the old bed apart and take it away. When the delivery men showed up, they said they did not do that any more. I am still waiting for my bed. I hope this can be remedied today or tomorrow. Once it is, I will never by anything from them again.

It was very confusing watching customer service and the sales agent during my transaction. Everyone seems to be confused as to how to handle my request , which was to change my bed to a king and add a mattress to the order. Now apparently I have several tickets and I don’t see the dinning set nor the previous two payments that I made on the original ticket. I also had to have my address corrected for the third time and I now feel that I should call every so often before I make my final payment to ensure that everything will be correct.

Salesman was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. Very friendly

Our sales person was incredible and gave us excellent guidance and could not be happier from a buyer's viewpoint and I will be back next week again to purchase a few more things {sofa,etc.,etc. ...} . I believe her name was Melissa Van Dyke and was shopping here with my daughter Isabelle and we thought she was just so informative and kind and was a tremendous help . Cannot wait to make the next purchase because of an effortless and pleasurable experience and thanks R & F for having quality sales people such as Melissa on the floor !
