My boyfriend and I came in to purely look around and start developing opinions about what we want in our future home. We were immediately targeted by Robert (didn’t catch his last name) to actually make a purchase. He then followed us around the store and lectured us on “how things work” and that we either have to make a purchase or leave the store. It made us incredibly uncomfortable and his condescending nature was extremely evident. We were then followed out the front door. That was a very terrible shopping experience.

Mr. Marvin Rafeld was very professional and detailed. Explained thoroughly on the items of interest to me.

Ms Zamora was very patient and helpful

Amazing salesperson who was patient and took great care of us.

Customer service contradicted financing options that sales rep explained.

We were greeted in the store by Dan Byrne who showed us the chairs that were available. He was very helpful and patient.

We chose our new mattress after testing the many that were displayed on the floor. Elias was patient and helpful, answering our many questions with detailed answers. Delivery was efficient and problem-free, with constant updates as to the exact time of arrival. All in all, a positive experience.

I asked for a quote and info. R&F sent me an email confirming my PURCHASE and my ORDER! Which I never did. After alerting you by phone , email and text your “Artificial Stupidity “ computer still thinks I bought something. Something is rotten in the R&F system.

I bought a tempur pedic hybrid adapt queen size queen size mattress it had a terrible smell The smell woke me up I called and no one would return my call the manager was always with a customer Finally he calls because I wrote an email to his bossTo this day I have no bed to sleep in I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis The manager is not caring I been treated unfairly and want a refund
