Absolutely brilliant down duvets. Most places say down but there is nearly always feathers mixed in. Thats why I always get mine at Raymat this one was a present for a family member who was staying with me and said it was so warm but not heavy and the price for the duvet i thought was very good

My order arrived as described, in a timely manner, well packaged.

I was looking for a very light but warm duvet. This certainly fits the bill, very soft, light and warm. My daughter has a single duvet cover and recommended the bamboo. Delivery was very prompt.

Not received order and had no communication despite asking for when I will get it.

Very quick delivery and excellent items.

Beautiful pillow - very well packed - fast delivery

I ordered the wrong pillow but after I emailed the sent out the correct pillow and adjusted the price for me. Am really pleased with my purchase.

I have purchased bedding from Raymat in the past, I have nothing but praise for the service. But I think they should have said it was Kensington's when the illustrations were for Raymat goods.

I like the pillows , even though they are softer than I anticipated.

I felt that the product I ordered was exactly what I was looking for, as often when one reads the product description it is not exactly what it should be.

Very happy with new duvets and pillows.

I’ve bought quite a few mulberry silk filled pillows from Kensington over the years. I loved the firmness of them. Sadly, they are firm no longer. Having just spent well over £400 for four pillows, I was very disappointed to find they no longer seem to be as filled. This results in a very soft, gutless pillow.
I shall now seek out a new supplier.

Only issue was that I paid for 24hr delivery. DPD didn’t deliver on time. Raymat immediately refunded the additional 24hr charge. Very good service.

Ordering was easy and arrived quickly. Well packaged.
