Hassle free shopping

I ordered online over the long weekend and received my package in 2-3 days to Dublin, Ireland. Best prices and great experience overall, highly recommend.

Good service all round!

Easy to order, good price, prompt delivery. The Outback bbq skewers and rack look good but I don’t expect to use them for a couple of months, especially today as it’s snowing like mad outside!

Speed of delivery was excellent.great prices and part was missing from a DeWalt router ,it just wasn't packaged from factory and was sent on immediately after I contacted them.been getting tools for years off them and always excellent service

Fabulous

After browsing and choosing the items I needed from the website and ordering online the service was great. I ordered on Friday morning expecting to have to wait till beginning of the next week and got a notification from DPD to say they would deliver on Sunday which was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Excellent product

The fire grate fits our fireplace, it looks good and it works perfectly. The delivery was very prompt. I would certainly purchase from Ray Grahams again.

Bali is Best !

I have a Baxi fire, for the last 45 years, same fire. I have kept this fireplace and grate in excellent condition by buying and fitting parts sold by Ray Graham. A very fair price and the goods are well packaged and arrive all in one piece, essential for replacement fire-bricks of which there were three items in this order. I always like to have a spare set of the main components and so I have a spare two piece grate and an extra ash box. Warm in winter? I should say so and all because of the support of Ray Grahams online store. Brilliant!!!!😀
