As a professional painter, I rely on quality products and suppliers I can trust. Satisfied
The product is good, necessarily time consuming to apply, but satisfied my fire risk assessor, so that was all good.
However they supplied two tins of basecoat, and despite applying the four recommended coats, in generous quantities, I only used one.
I explored this with them and realised it was because my old cottage doors (and one was only a cupboard) are so much smaller than modern doors.
After we’d cleared all this up, they very kindly agreed that I could return the unused tin for refund, an outcome I am very satisfied with.
