DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. SCAM..

I ordered my wedding dress & my maid of honours dress my triple hoop underskirt & my tiara... I ordered 2 sizes bigger than what we wear as I expected them to be a bit on the small size.. they arrived all in 1 parcel vacuum packed and you cannot even imagine how creased they were, they looked raggy.. we tried then on and they were tiny, not even anywhere near our own sizes let alone 2 sizes bigger.. I had already tried to move the delivery date as I was on holiday which they wouldn't do but reassured me it would be OK to get on contact if I had any issues, I contacted them as soon as I got back as they were just not fit for purpose, they weren't the sizes I had ordered and they point blank refused to help.. my wedding was just weeks away and they spent over 3 weeks just sending me the same reply saying I was outside of the 14 day return period, they wouldn't take any responsibility for the size difference and that they hadn't provided what I had ordered, in the end I advised them I would leave bad reviews online and expose them to which I recieved a reply saying they would partially refund if I kept the dresses, obviously I had got the wedding dress into a dressmakers by this time as I didn't have time to shop for another dress.. the train had to be removed to make the dress bigger which has compromised the overall effect of the shape of the dress & with the steaming it has cost me £320 to rectify the companies shocking mistake and the maid of honours dress just wasn't fit for purpose at all so I had to buy a new one.. this company does not care or provide any customer service once they have recieved your money.. after the threat to expose them on social media I recieved a grand total of £48 as a refund!!! Disgusting company please don't ruin your experience of planning your dress with them.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I bought dresses for my daughter’s prom. Just sent cheap fabric. Than APPLE card did not give me my money back. They changed their name now to LAVELIYA. Beware they are Chinese scammers.

Horrible return policy

Horrible return policy! If I could give a ZERO star I would. I emailed to return dress I bought for my son’s wedding immediately after I received it and it was too small. It took me two emails for them to respond and they want me to jump through all of these hoops to be able to return it. They want pictures and proof that I measured myself correctly. Don’t waste your money with this company! Very unhappy and angry 😠 😡

I purchased a dress from Ravellia on…

I purchased a dress from Ravellia on March 7, 2024. It was said to be delivered between March 26-April 1. I received it April 5th, which was a little frustrating but the least of my worries. Unfortunately, the dress just wasn’t fitting me correctly. Great dress, and I wrote them a review on their website because I noticed there was only one for this dress. I went back and forth with customer service and asked for a refund. They only typed two refund options, and one was only for 15% back. I kept trying to ask why is this, but they kept telling me that’s the option I chose. Down at the bottom of the email it mentioned a full refund, but that was not listed as my numbered options. Long story short, I couldn’t wear the dress and I didn’t have time for alterations because it was late. So I only received $20 back. Very frustrating experience and they completely lost my business. There was nothing I could do to make the dress fit better, and for $145 that shouldn’t be something I need to do to begin with. I will never recommend them again.

My senior prom is in three days and I…

My senior prom is in three days and I have no address. After spending almost $400 on this dress and my other accessories not to mention the $100 I had to pay for my ticket. I won’t be able to experience my senior prom at all, because this company failed to inform me that they never finished the process of making my dress, which was supposed to be done by April 30 of this year. I’ve been emailing back to back talking to customer support representatives who will not reply to me, and even reaching out to the social media page is trying to shut some light on this situation, they won’t even give me a reach fund for a dress that was supposed to arrive a week ago.
