Customer service fast but not anything special. They sent the wrong item for my partners birthday and weren't overly helpful when I explained we'd been going through an extremely tough time and I just wanted to make sure he had something on the day; they wouldn't send a replacement until they received it back which is standard but again nothing special. It's just made me feel a bit sad and not sure if I'd be keen to buy again especially as this was their mistake.

I had 3 Rat Betty rings in my online basket for years. Every time I saw the ads pop up I'd get mesmerised by the site and so so tempted to buy these 3 I kept coming back to, but just couldn't justify the price. One day I finally did it, after learning that the products are handmade from recycled silver and the price rightfully justifies the work that goes into it, and I haven't regretted it for a second!! Several years later they are still my absolute favourite rings, I can't express how much joy they bring me, I'm so glad I invested because it was so so worth it! I can't wait to get more.

Very happy family members with new pieces for Christmas presents. The rings look fantastic and when they saw a rat Betty box in the presents stocking looks of anticipation bring back memories of excited little kids. The only thing is the wife has seen pieces she likes!
