Rastaclat does not value its customers and seems strictly focused on business rather than customer satisfaction. The positivity they promote is great for marketing, but unfortunately, they do not live up to it in practice. My experience with customer service was terrible and unhelpful. While I like the designs of the clasps and bracelets, they are overpriced for the level of service provided. Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from them again.
