I want to take this opportunity to write a review about Rare Carat, and in particular, its Chief Operating Officer.
I previously purchased an engagement ring through Rare Carat and financed the purchase through one of their lending partners. I experienced an issue involving the financing company, and while I won’t go into the details, I do want to highlight how Rare Carat responded.
To my surprise, the Chief Operating Officer personally called me to discuss my concerns. He took the time to listen, answered my questions, and offered to do everything he could to help resolve the situation. He was professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to making things right.
The following day, I was completely surprised when a beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived at my door with a handwritten note from the Chief Operating Officer. That level of personal attention and customer care is extraordinarily rare today.
While any company can sell a product, the true measure of an organization is how it treats its customers when challenges arise. Rare Carat demonstrated that customer satisfaction is more than just a slogan—it is part of their culture.
Rare Carat is a true class act. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends, and I would gladly purchase from them again. GIA-graded lab diamonds no longer come with physical reports anymore, perhaps for environmental reasons.
You would be able to see that on the email invoice you received, right next to where the diamond is described: "Digital Certificate Only. Learn Why", which links to: https://www.gia.edu/articles/introducing-lgdr-by-gia
That said, we want EVERY single one of our customers to have a 5 star experience :)
