terrible product
The shipping was extremely fast, and Rapunzel delivered exactly as promised on that part. That is the only reason I am giving more than one star.
What I do not understand is why it was not made very clear that the vegan hair can barely be curled or styled with heat. I bought it expecting to be able to curl and style it like the product photos suggest, but the result was terrible. This should have been stated clearly before purchase.
If you want hair that can be curled, straightened and styled properly, you should buy real human hair instead. If I had known how limited the vegan hair was, I would never have bought it.
I honestly do not understand why this product is sold without much clearer information about how poorly it works for styling. Very disappointing.

Great products, disappointing promotion
I was very happy with the quality of the products, especially the hair extensions. They matched the description, felt high quality, and I have been pleased with the overall purchase.
However, I was disappointed that the advertised free gift was not included. The campaign gift was one of the reasons I decided to place my order, so it was frustrating to be informed afterwards that it had already run out. It gives the impression that only a very limited number of gifts were available, leaving customers with no option but to accept that the promotion had ended after placing their order.
I completely understand that gifts are available while stocks last, but it would improve the customer experience if the website clearly indicated when the gift was no longer available before checkout. That would help manage expectations and avoid disappointment.
Overall, I am happy with the products and would order again, but I hope future promotions are handled more transparently.
