Bought a cert, site wants me to enter an MFA code before allowing me to login, MFA code never arrives. Wasted an hour on chat with “support”, who were completely useless. Chat ended with me saying asking for a refund, “support” saying “Login to your account and cancel it from there.” The account that I can’t log in to because it doesn’t send MFA codes…

Wish I’d read these reviews first.

purchase multiple certificates their site cant validate csr, asked to wait a day, i wait a day and their own dashboard triggers cloudflare hard block of my ip now i no longer can login cannot generate certificates can not get customer service explain to me how you remotely think that you are giving a good service

Fast and easy process. Great customer support.

They started out wanting to send the challenge to 'xyz(dot)se/pki'... when the cert was for abc(dot)xyz(dot)se Ended up serving the challenge from both these addresses and THEN they demand that the challenge should be found at www(dot)abc(dot)xyz(dot)se/pki... (totally irrelevant subdomain not part of the cert) At this point we opted for DNS approval instead - same story - TXT record on xyz.se - no now they want it on www(dot)abc(dot)xyz(dot)se. Worst experience I've had with a cert provider bar none.

We bought a premium product over multiple years. It was difficult placing the order. They've only provided us a script for a "discount" seal, not the Norton seal we paid for. We've tried multiple times to get help with customer service. Either rude, dismissive or simply incapable of fixing the problem.

Tried to reissue an SSL certificate through their portal. It failed with a technical error. Took a week for them to respond saying it was fixed. Tried again - same error. Two weeks later and still no response. SSL cert just shows pending...

Helped process an order in very quick order due to an missed expired on our part.

Never ever use them. They will spam you constantly, if you decide not to renew a certificate via them and their Unsubscribe Request doesn't work. They will keep spamming you and their sellers will keep spamming you, even though it's clear you've stopped using their site.

I have been using their service for many years until I found a security hole they deny by telling me that its normal. If you register a SSL certificate under a regular account for a customer, They will send a link at renewal for that domain to the Administrative contact and technical. One problem is that the link will log anyone using it directly to your account without password. I lost access to my account this way, If you register the SSL with your customer informations. They get the link to your account also.

I was asking for a refund.

100% Money back warranty you can understand in this way:

- Call them and describe -> You should write mail
- I wrote mail but a marketing request startet (to get more discount)
- I said simply "no, refund money to creditcard, please"
- refund is not done after more than 5 cleary mails and over a week
- more as 5 replys no money back.

We use them, not had any issues.

SSL prices coupled with good support: probably one of the best sellers around.

Good price, good support, you dont need more for an SSL.
